KIEV, July 27 – The customs clearance of 11 billion cubic meters of gas (bcm) belonging to Swiss-based RosUkrEnergo in favor of national JSC Naftogaz Ukrayiny in February 2010 was done in violation of laws, says Ukraine's State Customs Service.

As the service said in a statement, the conclusions were drawn up by an ad hoc commission set up by the service to determine whether the customs clearance was lawful.
