KIEV, July 28 - Ukraine is making progress with a project that anticipates building a liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal on the Black Sea to diversify its energy imports, Energy and Fuel Minister Yuriy Boyko said.
The LNG terminal, which is expected to be built near Odessa, will have capacity of 5 billion cubic meters per year at the first stage, and will be later expanded to 10 Bcm/year, he said.
