KIEV, July 22 – Ukraine’s economy will grow 4.1% on the year in 2011, slightly faster than has been earlier expected, the European Bank for Reconstruction of Development said in a report.
The EBRD upgraded its earlier forecast, which had predicted the economy growing 4% in 2011, on par with the growth that has been projected in 2010.
The bank left Ukraine’s expected economic growth unchanged at 4% in 2010, according to the Regional Economic Prospects in EBRD Countries of Operations: July 2010 Update.
