KIEV, July 22 – Metinvest Holding plans to sell two air-separating plants installed at Azovstal steel mill and Yenakiyeve Steel Mill (both Donetsk region) to France's Air Liquide Company for EUR 100 million.

The French company is to supply technical gases on outsourcing terms to the two mills.

Donetsk regional administration says that a meeting headed by the deputy head of regional administration, Olesakdnr Khokhotva, on the realization of a joint project of Metinvest and Air Liquide on the production of industrial gases, was held in Donetsk on Wednesday.
