KIEV, July 16 - Ukrainian businessman Serhiy Taruta jointly with the National Academy of Sciences has set up the NanoMedTech company in Kiev (full name is Nanotechnologies in Medicine) to produce metal nanoparticles as components of medicinal substances.

The new enterprise will produce nanoparticles of metals, metal oxides and other materials through electron-beam deposition in vacuum.

The technology was created at Yevhen Paton Research Institute of Electric Welding by academicians Borys Paton and Borys Movchan.
