KIEV, July 13 – Shareholders of the Ukrtatnafta Company (the Kremenchuk oil refinery in Poltava region) have dismissed Valentyn Franchuk from the post of supervisory board chairman and appointed Yevhen Bakulin to the post.

The shareholders endorsed this decision at their meeting.

Yevhen Bakulin is board chairman of the Naftogaz Ukrayiny national oil and gas company. Valentyn Franchuk is deputy board chairman of Naftogaz Ukrayiny.
