KIEV, July 12 – Talks on signing the EU-Ukraine association agreement, creating a free-trade area and introducing a visa-free regime between Ukraine and the European Union will be held dynamically, and their first results could be seen at an EU-Ukraine summit in November, European Council President Herman Van Rompuy said.
"I am very grateful to you, Mr. Prime Minister [Mykola Azarov], that you named three major goals that we can achieve in the coming months. This is an association agreement - I think that talks are being held rather dynamically, talks on trade issues are a little more complicated, but I hope that we'll resolve all of the outstanding issues. As for the dialog on granting a visa-free regime to Ukraine, we are currently entering a final stage. I hope that we'll see the first results ahead of the EU-Ukraine summit in November," he said at a meeting with Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov in Kiev on July 9.
