KIEV, July 12 - Ukraine and Belarus on Monday signed an agreement that outlines cooperation between the two for delivering Venezuelan crude oil to an oil refinery in Belarus, the Ukrainian government announced.

The agreement, signed by Ukrainian First Deputy Prime Minister Andriy Kliuyev and his Belarusian counterpart Vladimir Semashko, allows Belarus to reduce heavy dependence on Russian oil.
