KIEV, July 1 – Moldova has confirmed Ukraine's right of ownership of a part of the Odessa-Reni highway near Palanka village and a land plot where the road passes.

Kiev and Chisinau are preparing for equipping the border on the land plot.

According to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry and Moldovan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, on June 24 and June 25 Moldovan-Ukrainian consultations on the defining of borders of a Moldovan land plot transferred to Ukraine's ownership were held. The consultations were held between heads of the ministries with participation of other experts. The director of the contract and law department of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Volodymyr Puzyrko headed the Ukrainian delegation and the director of the international law department of the Moldovan ministry Yevgeniy Revenko headed the Moldovan delegation.
