KIEV, June 29 – The state committee for nuclear regulation in Ukraine has said that the completion of construction of reactor three and reactor four of Khmelnytsky nuclear power plant is not safe, according to the Dzerkalo Tyzhnia (Mirror Weekly) newspaper.

The building structures have not been protected since the announcement of a moratorium on construction of nuclear power plants in Ukraine, ferro-concrete reinforcement rusted through and premises below zero level are full of water, the regulatory body found, according to the report.
