KIEV, June 24 – A memorandum on resuming in Ukraine the activities of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, a U.S. government agency, was signed in Washington on June 22.

The document was signed by OPIC acting President Lawrence Spinelli and Chairman of the United World International Foundation Eduard Prutnik, the press service of the United World foundation reported on Wednesday.
