KIEV, June 23 – Kiev City State administration plans to raise tariffs for hot running water and heat supplies for Kiev residents starting July 1, returning to the tariff rates in effect until October 1, 2009, Deputy Kiev City State Administration Head Anatoliy Holubchenko said.

The rates were cut only for the heating season of 2009-2010, as stipulated in a relevant memorandum issued last October.
