KIEV, June 21 – The Cabinet of Ministers has simplified the procedure for crossing the border during the holding of the Euro 2012 European Football Championship.

These changes are aimed at simplifying border controls during the preparations for and the holding of the Euro 2012 finals in Ukraine. They envisage the cancelation of spot checks for the period from May 25 through July 2012 for citizens and stateless people, who are the authorized representatives of UEFA, companies and officials, as well as representatives of football associations and members of UEFA.
