KIEV, June 22 - The Ukrainian Scrap Metal Association (UAVtormet), jointly with the Ukrainian Industry Ministry, supports restrictions on the terms of licenses on transactions with scrap ferrous and non-ferrous to five years.
UAVtormet President Valentyn Kulichenko told Interfax-Ukraine that that this restriction would allow checks to be made on the activities of companies whose core business is scarp metal. He said that UAVtormet submitted the relevant initiative to the Industry Ministry supporting scrap-collecting companies.
