KIEV, June 21 – The hiding of data on the conditions of foreign crediting of the national budget is unacceptable, according to the head of the Ukrainian Fund for Reform Support and ex finance minister Viktor Pynzenyk.

"These are public funds. The government is only empowered to manage the funds. There can not be secrets here. When a private company raises funds, it's its own business, but it can't be [anyone's] own business when it concerns borrowing for the national budget. These [conditions] should be published," he told the press last week.
