JERUSALEM, July 19 ??“ Prior to the visit of President Viktor Yushchenko to Israel this fall, the Ukrainian government will ask Parliament to ratify the Ukrainian-Israeli convention on avoiding double taxation of businesses, an official said.

First Deputy Prime Minister Anatoliy Kinakh discussed the issue at a meeting with Israeli Vice Premier and Minister for Trade, Industry and Labor Ehud Olmert during his two-day visit to Israel on July 17-18.
