KIEV, June 15 - The Finance Ministry has started working on a draft national budget for 2011 and expects to meet all terms for preparing the document set by the Budget Code, Deputy Finance Minister Tetiana Yefymenko said.

"We will complete preparations until September. Reducing the deficit is the main aim. This is a requirement of the International Monetary Fund. Therefore we are working jointly with the fund for our macro indicators to be accepted by the international community and be a sign of the state's stabilization," she told reporters on Tuesday.
