KIEV, June 15 – The Finance Ministry plans to pay debt on VAT refunds of not less than UAH 15 billion using government domestic loan bonds, Deputy Finance Minister Tetiana Yefymenko said.

"The amount of the bond issue will depend on the wishes of our entrepreneurs. This is an exclusively voluntary matter. The tax administration is collecting applications from those who wish to get VAT reimbursements in such a way. In general, we hope that it will be not less than UAH 15 billion, and this is a preliminary figure," she told reporters in Kiev on Tuesday.
