KIEV, June 10 – Spain's Hera Group plans to build a garbage recycling plant in Crimea, investing over EUR 30 million into the waste recycling sector through a Joint Implementation (JI) mechanism as a part of the Kyoto protocol, reads a posting on the Web site of the Crimean Council of Ministers.

"Spain's Hera, using Kyoto protocol mechanisms, plans to invest over EUR 30 million in the Crimean economy in the waste recycling sector," reads the report.
