KIEV, June 10 – U.S. President Barack Obama, in a letter to Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, once again praised Ukraine's historic decision to get rid of its remaining stocks of highly enriched uranium.

"It was a respectful decision that should serve as an example to the world," reads the letter.

It also states that the communique and action plan the sides signed are a solid foundation to rely on while achieving the goals of the Washington Summit.
