YALTA, June 10 – Proposals submitted by Russia to Ukraine regarding cooperation in various economic sectors in conditions of the economic crisis are limited in time, Russian Ambassador Mikhail Zurabov said.

"A rather organized system of management has been formed in Russia in recent years; there are rather strong financial opportunities. At present, Russia is extremely interested in rapid stable development in the direction of modernization, and this is the only way out of the situation. As of today, all proposals by Russians to Ukrainian colleagues are also strictly limited in time," Zurabov said at an international round table meeting entitled "Ukraine and Russia: new cooperation" in the Livadia palace in Yalta.
