ISTANBUL, June 8 – President Viktor Yanukovych said there is a realistic prospect of completing the construction of the Kerch-Caucasus crossing by 2014.

President Yanukovych said this during a meeting with Russia Premier Vladimir Putin in Istanbul on Tuesday.

"This is a transport corridor that will allow us to settle the issue of transport infrastructure for both Ukraine and Russia. We believe this is a realistic project that could be realized by 2014," Yanukovych said.
