KIEV, July 19 - Following a three-year restructuring, Banca Intesa SpA Bank (Italy) is planning to extend its presence abroad through purchasing banks in Ukraine, Turkey and Romania, Bloomberg reported.

As Banca Intesa SpA CEO Corrado Passera said, the bank is planning to buy banks in Eastern Europe, particularly in Ukraine, Romania and Turkey, saying the bank "is ready for large-scale purchases."
