KIEV, June 2 – A court ruling on Wednesday bans opposition groups from holding a protest rally in front of a concert hall where President Viktor Yanukovych plans Thursday to announce his economic reform package.

The District Administrative Court cited “national security interests” as a reason for banning the protest, Svoboda, a nationalist opposition party, reported.
