KIEV, May 31 - A tender to sell a 92.79% stake in OJSC Ukrtelecom should be announced in August to provide revenues from privatization for the 2010 national budget, said Oleksandr Riabchenko, head of the State Property Fund.

"Three-and-a-half months will pass after the tender is announced until the revenues come to the budget. To receive the money before January 1, the tender has to be announced in August," he said at a press conference in Kiev.
