KIEV, May 31 - ISTIL Group announced it is planning to invest $5 million in the upgrade of Monolit-Ukraine Ltd. coal company (Yuvileyne, Luhansk region), which would allow the company to achieve annual production of over 150,000 tons of enriched coal, reads a group press release.

"We plan to produce over 150,000 tons of enriched coal over two years," reads the document.

The document says that the deal on the purchase of a controlling stake in Monolit-Ukraine by Tanarm Invest&Finance Limited (Cyprus, the holding company of ISTIL Group) would be finalized in two months. The sum of the deal and the share of the new shareholders are not disclosed.
