KIEV, May 27 – Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kostiantyn Hryschenko has noted positive changes in Ukraine's cooperation with the United States and Russia.

"Relations between Ukraine and the United States are reaching the level of a real, not only a declarative strategic partnership. We can already say that both sides are ready for active cooperation," Hryschenko said.
