KIEV, May 26 – The conditions of Ukrtelecom’s privatization are to be revised, and the cabinet even could revise its decision to sell the whole of its stake in the company, according to Volodymyr Zverev, a member of the National Communications Regulatory Commission.
"Political will for privatization has been expressed, and the form could be defined before the announcement of the tender... Now it is announced that the stake is 92.79%, but the state also can take part in the tender and retain a 25% stake in the company, or investors would pay for the whole stake and receive only 67.79% for management," he told Interfax-Ukraine.
