KIEV, May 21 – The International Monetary Fund doubts the Ukrainian government can hit its national budget revenue collection target, Deputy Prime Minister Sergiy Tyhypko said at a meeting of members of the Council of Entrepreneurs in Kyiv on Friday.
"The main problem between us and the IMF is that we must confirm a projected deficit of 5.3%," he said.
"What is projected by the Ukrainian government is a rather ambitious program, and the international organizations don't really believe it. They have doubts, first all, about our arguments," Tyhypko added.
