MOSCOW, May 18 – Russia wants about 10 Ukrainian enterprises to be merged with OJSC United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC), said Adnrey Kurasov, deputy head of the Shipbuilding Industry and Marine Equipment Department of the Russian Industry and Trade Ministry.

"First of all, of course, controlling stakes are interesting… not only 100% controlling stakes," he said and added that this concerned only state assets.
