KIEV, May 17 – A proposal by the Ukrainian cabinet to Vanco Prykerchenska Ltd. (British Virginia Islands) to sign an amicable agreement could lead to the transfer of the Prykerchensky oil field to the control of Russia's Gazprom, Our Ukraine-People's Self Defense faction MP Borys Tarasiuk said on the Fifth TV channel.

"The present government headed by Azarov agreed to sign a so-called amicable agreement – this is basically certain people signing an amicable agreement with their own business, which sponsored them and supported them," he said.
