KIEV, May 17 - Pavlohrad chemical plant (Dnipropetrovsk region) on May 1 had to suspend the recycling of SS-24 missile stages with critical storage terms for missile fuel than cannot be prolonged due to a lack of financing, the company’s director, Leonid Shyman, told Interfax-Ukraine last week.
"From May 1 we had to stop recycling of missile stages due to the absence of work financing. In fact, the plant has been forced to its knees," he said.
