KIEV, April 29 – His opponents want war with Russia, President Viktor Yanukovych said in an address to the people concerning the ratification of the agreement on the Russian Black Sea Fleet's stationing in Crimea.
"They need a war. The latest developments in the Verkhovna Rada showed that political adventurers are ready to throw smoke bombs not only in Parliament, but also in the whole of Ukraine," Yanukovych said in a statement released by the presidential press service on Thursday.
