KIEV, April 28 – Ukraine's direct state borrowing in 2010 is expected at UAH 100.3 billion, including UAH 34.1 billion in foreign loans, according to a draft law on the national budget for 2010 published on Monday.

According to the draft, $1.3 billion is to be received from the issue of eurobonds to finance the budget, $2 billion from the International Monetary Fund and $500 million from the World Bank.
