KIEV, April 23 – The new general plan of Kiev's development until 2025 could foresee the construction of a Troyeschyna-Obolon transport route in the form of a bridge over the Dnipro or a tunnel under the river, Vasyl Prysiazhniuk, the city’s chief architect, said during a discussion of the concept of the city general plan.

He said that at present design organizations are working on a feasibility study of the route both in the form of a bridge or a tunnel.
