MOSCOW, April 20 – Ukraine is ready to consider the possible joint construction of a grain terminal on the coast of the Black Sea, Ukrainian Agriculture Minister Mykhailo Prysiazhniuk told the press on Monday in Moscow after a meeting of the sub-commission for agriculture of the committee for economic cooperation of the Russian-Ukrainian interstate commission.
"Ukraine is ready to consider the joint construction of a terminal on the coast of the Black Sea and foresee the possibility of introducing a through railway tariff to cut expenses on grain transportation and allow it to be competitive on the international markets," he said.
