KIEV, April 19 - KfW Entwicklungsbank (Germany) will join the stockholders of Kiev-based ProCredit Bank, First Deputy Chairman of ProCredit Bank's board Viktor Ponomarenko told Interfax-Ukraine.
"The procedure of the registration of German KfW as a stockholder in ProCredit Bank in Ukraine is nearing completion now," he said. "The share of KfW will be 20% in ProCredit Bank's charter capital, while the share of ProCredit Holding (Germany) will decline to 60% from 80%, and the share of the EBRD [European Bank for Reconstruction and Development] will remain at 19.9%."
