KIEV, April 16 - The Ukrainian government plans to issue UAH 20 billion in bonds to compensate value-added tax, Deputy Prime Minister Sergiy Tigipko said at a meeting of the European Association of Business in Kiev on Thursday.

"I spoke with the banks today. There are banks ready to pay 500 million euro to purchase these bonds immediately in one lot," he said.
