KIEV, March 31 – The Agriculture Ministry has declared crop cultivation, pig breeding and dairy cattle breeding as top-priority segments that require reform.

"The Agriculture Ministry has defined key priorities for reform that are to be carried out in the agricultural complex," Agriculture Minister Mykola Prysiazhniuk said at a press conference in Kiev on Tuesday.
