VIENNA, March 30 – Ukraine and Armenia could become participants in the International Uranium Enrichment Center (IUEC) in Angarsk in 2010, said IUEC Director General Aleksey Lebedev.

"I think by the end of the year we will complete all of the stages [of Ukraine's and Armenia's joining the project]. Ukraine will be first to join the center, then Armenia will join it after approximately a month-and-a half to two months," he said.
