KIEV, March 30 – Dmytro Tabachnyk, a controversial education and science minister, on Tuesday survived a no-confidence motion in Parliament, but opposition groups pledged to continue pressuring for his dismissal.

The motion, which was backed by 202 lawmakers in the 450-seat Parliament, shows the size of the opposition to President Viktor Yanukovych’s policy.
