KIEV, March 29 – President Viktor Yanukovych on Monday denied allegations that his party has been offering $1 million to each Constitutional Court judge for upholding a ruling that would recognize the governing coalition as legitimate.

He said the ruling must be just, unbiased and quick, and if the court rules the coalition is illegal, he would dismiss Parliament and call early election.
