KIEV, March 26 - Ukraine will incorporate high natural gas prices into the draft 2010 budget now that recent talks with Russia for lower prices have failed, Deputy Prime Minister Serhiy Tyhypko said.

Ukraine, which pays $305 per 1,000 cubic meters of Russia gas, gas been seeking to reduce the price to $168/1,000 cu m, which is paid by neighbor Belarus.
