ZAPORIZHIA, March 26 – Zaporizhia Regional Economic Court has issued a ruling on collecting $21 million from Bearco S.A. (Switzerland) in favor of Zaporizhia Titanium and Magnesium Combine (ZMTC) due to the non-observation of a credit agreement, which caused losses to the mill.

"On March 23, 2010, Zaporizhia Regional Economic Court issued a ruling to collect the sum of losses caused to ZMTC from Swiss Bearco S.A. ZMTC won the hearing in the economic court and received the right to demand reimbursement of losses estimated at over $21 million," ZMTC's press service told Interfax-Ukraine on Thursday.
