KIEV, March 22 - Ukraine's Economy Ministry, in a reworked draft state budget program for economic and social development in 2010, proposes a state budget deficit of 4% of GDP.

"The main task is reducing the gap between state-budget revenues and spending. The target is a state budget deficit of 4% of GDP," the proposal says.
