KIEV, March 19 – Oschadbank has issued UAH 150 million to Kiev-based T.M.M. developing and construction firm to finish construction of a first stage of the Soniachna Brama residential and office complex located at 73-79, Lomonosova Street in Kiev.

The company says that the funds received from the bank would allow the company to commission the first stage of the complex in Q4, 2010.
