KIEV, March 18 - Fitch Ratings has revised its outlooks for nine Ukrainian banks to Stable from Negative and affirmed all of the ratings, according to a report from the agency.

The report says that the change in Outlooks on UkrSibbank, Ukrsotsbank, Forum, ProCredit Ukraine, Pravex and VTB Ukraine reflects the reduced likelihood of a downgrade of Ukraine's Country Ceiling ('B-') following the change in the sovereign Outlook.
