KIEV, March 16 - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has taken various rating actions on Ukrainian local and regional governments (LRGs) because of its upgrade of the sovereign on March 11.

The rating agency upgraded to 'B-/uaBBB-' and kept stable outlooks on the cities of Lviv and Luhansk, affirmed its 'CCC+' rating on the city of Kiev and revised its outlook to stable from negative, affirmed its 'CCC+/uaBB' ratings on the city of Odessa and maintained negative outlook.
