KIEV, March 10 – A technical mission of the European Union and the United Nations investigating the emergency environmental situation in Ivano-Frankivsk region will submit a report to Ukraine on the results of its work within two weeks, a UN official said.

The report will propose measures to tackle the disaster, said Rene Nijenhuis, the head of the emergency services branch of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and chairman of the joint commission of EU-UN experts.
