KIEV, March 5 – The Pavlohrad chemical plant (Dnipropetrovsk region) expects that the new draft national budget for 2010 will include funds to resume financing of a state program for the disposal of solid fuel of SS-24 intercontinental ballistic missiles.
"We hope that the new draft national budget for 2010, which we believe could be submitted by the new government to the parliament and approved in terms that reflect the level of responsibility of all branches of power for the situation in the country's economy, would foresee the financing of our program from the general fund," the company's director general, Leonid Shyman, told Interfax-Ukraine on Thursday.
